Neuro feedback therapy , Neuro therapy or EEG bio feedback is a non-invasive direct training of brain in order to reinforce /enhance healthy brain functioning through operant conditioning . It maps the brain wave patterns via sensors using EEG with feedback presented using audios and visuals.

There are several brain waves that show different states of arousal whether high or low (alpha beta beta gamma delta waves) Modifications are done as per the brain wave activity.

Supposedly, if we want to train highly aroused brains (hyperactive , impulsive, aggressive, anxious ,impatient , tension headaches etc ) exhibit increase in beta waves and decrease in SMR waves , So in order to balance energy levels and brain functioning we need to lower down the beta waves and higher up the SMR wave activity.
Same goes for the case of patients with low arousal brains (inattentive , distracted, low mood , depressive , lethargic ,low self esteem,lack of motivation) they exhibit increase in theta waves and decrease in beta waves , we tend to decrease theta wave levels and increase beta wave levels . And there are various other brain waves that can be altered as per the patient reports.

Several studies have been conducted upon the Neuro feedback therapy and it's complementary effectiveness on the treatment of several conditions like autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, attention deficit disorder, depression , anxiety disorder , schizophrenia , learning disabilities , dyslexia , dyscalculia , drug addiction etc.

We will be using various latest technologies that will for sure provide best longer term results. Standard Neurofeedback training starts showing improvement after 20-30 sessions and its a long term programme for which consistency is vital to yield enduring benefits.
